I have half of a double garage that I am happy to make available. The space is on the left handside of the garage- it has no external windows or doors on that side and is part of the brick and tiled roof building. It can only be accessed through the automatic roller door or from inside my townhouse. The townhouse is in a complex or village that has a live-in on site manager. The public areas in the village are protected by 24 hour security cameras. Goods to be stored could be stacked up against the front and or side wall, and covered with a tarpaulin to separate them from my side of the garage. My main stipulation is that obviously nothing illegal or dangerous is stored, and that the walls and floors will not be damaged during the storage. I am happy to negotiate access times depending on your needs and how often you wish to have access. The garage is always kept clean, dry and tidy and your privacy would of course be respected. |

My teenage daughter and myself have lived here for 4 years. I am a teacher in the local area and am happy to negotiate on price, methods of payment etc. Naturally you would need to arrange your own insurance to cover the goods you are storing with me. |
