b) Office has room for one person, it is fitted out with a large corner desk and chair, there is room for another desk and filing cabinets in the office - $1800 Inc GST per calendar month. This includes all your outgoings and electricity. Shared space of the boardroom, 24 hour access to the office, CCTV, common area kitchen and one secure car space included.

c) Office has room for one to two persons, requires client to supply own furniture. Overlooks the lake, there is plenty of filing and storage area in the room. $2000 Inc GST per calendar month. This includes all your outgoings and electricity. Shared space of the boardroom, 24 hour access to the office, CCTV, common area kitchen and one secure car space included.

This room as the option of rental of the space adjourned to it at an extra cost of $1200 inc GST. The adjoining space is fitted out with two desks and chairs and plenty of room for filing/storage.

We have up to 16 work stations available, they are fitted out with corner desks, drawers with lockable filing and chair - $450 Inc GST per calendar month. This includes all your outgoings and electricity. Shared space of the boardroom, 24 hour access to the office, CCTV and common area kitchen. Workstations do not include a secure car park however there is undercover parking under the building with internal access to the office.
