The ground floor warehouse storage space is 165sqm and is part of a yoga and meditation centre. Will suit medium term storage needs, although I will consider any arrangement by negotiation. There is automatic roller door access. Access by appointment necessary to ensure no cars are parked outside of roller door, and to ensure no noise is created during meditation classes which will mostly occur for 3 hrs a day.
When there is a power surge, I need may need access to the storage space because the power metre box there (but only I will have access). The space is totally secure with a security door over the other entrance. |
